Ex. Turkey Breast Cook at 250F. Probe at 155F. Hold at 165F. Revert back to the probe button and press twice until you see the probe and hold buttons alternating a flash. Now set your probe hold to your desired internal holding temperature. We chose it to be 140F for turkey. Press play and you are good to go.
