Steam Rice
Brown meat but don't fully cook then hold for later
In same pan as you browned the meat cook, season and cook mushrooms
While the mushrooms are cooking fry rice with butter and soy in different pan
Add meat to mushrooms and then add yoshida sauce and simmer
Add slurry to yoshida to thicken enough to coat the meat and mushrooms
Coated meat and mushrooms

- 0.0c Soy sauce
- 2.0Tbsp Butter
- Cornstarch slurry
