How to wrap a present

First, buy and gather all needed materials. This includes wrapping paper, tape, and scissors. If you prefer to decorate the wrapped present with ribbon or something else, gather or buy that too.

Next, place your wrapping paper on the ground face down and place the present upside down in the middle of the paper.

Cut the paper to the desirable length, but first check that the amount will cover the whole present.

After cutting the present, pull one side of the paper to the middle of the present and tape in 2-3 different places.

Repeat with the other side. Make sure that the present is now covered on the top and bottom.

Go to one of the ends where nothing is taped. Flatten the top flap to the bottom flap and crease the paper. You can tape here, but it is optional. Repeat this step with the other side.

Take the sides of the paper and fold them towards eachother and crease. Taping here is optional. Repeat this with the other side.

Lift the flap of paper towards the middle of the present and tape it there. Repeat this with the other side.

This would be where, if desired, you could decorate the wrapped present wth a ribbon or something else.
