Add your ingredients together, starting with with baking soda and vinegar. Then, add your lemon/lime juice. Make sure you stir well.

After that, squirt your toothpaste into the mixture, and stir well.

Wala! Use your toothbrush and use ALL of your mixture. Even if you have to brush more than once.

After you are done brushing rinse your mouth out with water. After that, rinse two to three times with a antiseptic mouthwash.

  • 3.0Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1.0Tbsp Favorite toothpaste
  • 5.0Tbsp Lemon (or Lime) Juice
  • 1.0 Toothbrush of your choice (SoniCare recomended)
  • Mouthwash
