Here are all the supplies you will need
All the ingredients you will need
Place racks on 2&4 and preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Then mix flour ginger,cinnamon,baking soda,nutmeg and salt in the medium bowl.
Beat Butter and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy
Add Molasses, Egg and Vanilla.
Gradually Beat in flour mixture on low speed until well combined
Press dough into ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
Shape dough into 1-inch bAlls. Roll in granulated sugar
Place 2 inches apart on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges of the cookies just begin brown.
Immediately press couple of white chocolate. Hops into centre of each cookie
Move baking sheet of wire rack;cool completely. And it's done! Enjoy 😊!
