How to whip up healthy mayonnaise in seconds

You may know how to make classic mayonnaise. You'd have to add oil one drop at a time to egg yolk, with one hand, while beating the mixture with the other hand. Here, I'm sharing a much easier method.

First, gather your ingredients. As usual, details are just one swipe away at the tab below, for your convenience. 😃

After measuring your ingredients, put them all into a suitable container. I chose to put them into a measuring jug for easy cleanup later. Get or borrow a hand blender ready.

Tadaaa! Creamy delicious basic mayonnaise for you (blend longer if you prefer).

If you like, add dry mustard and other herbs to shift taste profile. Be creative. I like mayo plain and simple and used one third of it for this eggs-in-mayo croissant sandwich.

Since there are no preservatives, store the balance mayo in airtight jar in the fridge and try to use it up within 3-4 days. Thank you and enjoy!
- 200.0ml Grapeseed oil
- 1.0 Large farm fresh egg
- 1.0Tbsp Fresh lemon juice or,
- 1.0Tbsp Tarragon wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper to taste
