Paint your base coat. A base coat protects your nails from staining, and strengthens them.
Paint one or two coats of white polish. You can use a different color. But white helps the colors of your watermarble show better because sometimes they go really light.
Looks that that. All awkward taped up. It's hard to move your fingers sometimes after you tape up, so I really recommend taping and watermarbling one hand at a time.
When you pull your finger out, try to do it slowly. It help lessen air bubbles. I always forget that, so I nearly always have air bubbles.
All finished. Before you take the tape off. REALLY MESSY.
Take the tape off, and it's way easier to clean up that amount of polish. (I redid my pinkie and forgot to tape the second time)
Fill a cap with polish remover and use a q-tip to clean up the skin around your nails. You can also use a small brush to get closer to your nail.
After clean up. Hope the guide is okay and it helps. :) I'm going to do another watermarble guide that might be better in a few days. Sheshe_nails is my Instagram if you want to check out my nails.
If you guys want to, tell me what nail guides you'd want to see. I think it'd be really cool if I could do that. Thanks for reading, hope your nails turn out great. :)
