Start with a clean face, wash all oils and dirt off.

If you do not have access to face wash, use a face wipe like Burt's Bees Pink Grapefruit. I use Clean and Clear face wash then these face wipes.

Since I have not plucked or shaped my brows in a while, I will wax them. These are amazing and easy to use, also super cheap.

Use a toner, any kind is fine but I prefer rose water by Burt's Bees. It creates an overall equal complexion while removing dirt and left over make up.
