Add 6 cups of Rice in 6 2/4 cups of water
Thinly slice the vegetables, til they resemble matchsticks (Julienne)
Combine Rice vinegar, Sugar and Salt. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
Cook rice until soft, and doubled in size.
roll the sushi, and tuck in the filling. fold again to secure it.
cut into equal pieces. or size preferred.
serve and enjoy. best served with soy sauce

- 6.0Tbsp Sugar
- 3.0pch Salt
- 20.0 Nori sheets (dried seaweed)
- 1/2c Sesame seeds for sprinkling
- 2.0 Cucumbers
- 2.0 Avocados
- 2.0 Tomatos
