Cook cup of lentils by package strain if necessary add chili garlic powder to taste.
Clean romaine lettuce set aside. Add lentils to romaine then salsa. I would have liked fresh salsa but I went with what was in pantry.
Melt daiya cheese 30 sec spoon on top. Makes 1 serving.
- 3.0 Romaine lettuce
- 1.0c Cooked Black lentils
- 4.0Tbsp Salsa
- 4.0tsp Daiya Garlic and jalapeno cheese melted
