Go to the Settings app
Go to the Bluetooth tab and turn it on
When you turn your Bluetooth on it will begin looking for devices to connect with
Switch your keyboard on
When the green light comes on, your keyboard will be discoverable and will be picked up by your iPad. Note: this may take a few attempts. Sometimes holding the power button down can also help.
Wen your iPad finds your keyboard, a message will pop up asking you to type in a code on your keyboard so you can pair (or connect) it. Obviously, I've done mine already so no message for me.
When you're connected, you can use your keyboard in word processing apps like Pages or to control music in iTunes which is pretty cool. It's like having a laptop without the size and weight!
