Search for Vizu Forms

Download the version for your iPhone or iPad

Open the Vizu Forms icon

Authenticate the app using your cell number and approved password. If you don't have an account set up and need a password contact mobilesales@rd3inc.com

Click the "synch" button in the top right corner...then select the appropriate location

Begin to use the form.
