Poor cold fresh cream into the siphon.
Add sugar to the cream depending on how sweet you like your whipped cream.
Tighten the screw cap and shake the siphon to dissolve the sugar.
Remove the cartridge holder.
Put a new pressure cartridge into the white holder.
Tighten the cartridge holder completely and quickly onto the siphon and wait until the hissing sound stops.
Remove the catridge holder and replace it with the small cap.
Shake the siphon firmly a couple a times.
