How to use quick time to record student responses

Use QT to record responses in your LOTE classes. Prepare your students for the AP test.

First, put your CD in your computer and open iTunes.  Next, open Quick Time.

Under "File" select "New Audio Recording"

The "Audio Recording" box will open.  First, select the triangle and make sure the "Built in Microphone" is selected.  Second, push the button to record.

Use iTunes to play CD.

When you are finished select "stop" on the Circe in the "Audio Recording" box.

Select "File" then "Export..."

Select "File" then "Export..."

Title your recording and select "Expot"

You now have the audio file saved to your desktop as a .m4a file, which you can listen to in iTunes. ::smileface::
