INGREDIENTS
Ex. Turkey Breast  Cook at 250F.
Probe at 155F.
Hold at 165F.
Revert back to the probe button and press twice until you see the probe and hold buttons alternating a flash.
Now set your probe hold to your desired internal holding temperature. We chose it to be 140F for turkey.
Press play and you are good to go.
