We had mash with our evening meal last night and I don't know what I was thinking, but I made tooo much. So this morning we are having "mash leftover breakfast."

Fry the mash in the bacon dripping. Use your " I'm going to flip you" to smooth the surface of the mash cakes a bit. Fry them on the first side until they are easy to move and then flip them.
