In GarageBand, share your song via Mail
Email it to yourself
In Mail, find the email, then tap and hold on the attachment and choose Showbie
As long as you are logged in to Showbie you will be able to upload the .m4a file
You can play the .m4a file in Showbie or 'Open In...' another app
