How to use colored pencils for eyeliner

Find a colored pencil that is non toxic and is the color you want. I would recommend using crayola pencils because they are non toxic and good quality. As you can see I have already used this one!

Get a cup of warm water. Depending on the heat f the water the next step could go a lot faster. I recommend warm water.

Place your pencils in the water for about 10-30 seconds. If you leave it in for a long amount of time then the pencil will become cracked and not very useable.

Wait..

Take then out and let the water drip of of them for a few seconds.

As you can see this is a easy way to have many different colors of eyeliner for under $10!

Too remove the pencil you can use water or makeup remover.
