This is another feature located in the 'settings' app.

You can manually turn on do not disturb in the settings menu, however if you go into notifications you can schedule it.

Click on do not disturb again

You can schedule it here to get some peace without having to silence your phone. It will stop notifications coming through. People can emergency call you with a few adjustments to the bottom settings.
