How to use airplay with ipad and apple tv

Connect HDMI Cord to Apple TV
Connect HDMI cord to Convertor Box
Connect VGA cord to Convertor Box
Connect VGA cord to Smart Board
Turn on Smart Board
Unlock iPad
Slide up from the bottom
Select the AirPlay Button
Turn on AirPlay Mirroring
