Plug in your thumb drive

Click the start button on the bottom left corner of the home screen.  Then select the 'computer' option.

Your thumb-drive icon should pop up. Select it.

Next.... - Either select all the data off your laptop (that you want want to copy onto your thumb-drive) and right click and select copy.

Then select your thumb-drive icon and right click and paste the data onto your thumb-drive

Or..... - select some data that is already on your thumb-drive and right click and select copy.

Go over and click on the desired folder on your laptop and right click, and select paste. The data will then upload onto the laptops folder.

Once the desired data uploaded to the laptop or thumb drive, click on the home screen and at the bottom right hand corner click the icon that looks like a electrical cord Select remove your thumbdrive
