STEPS
TOOLS
Layout your mbp (base facing you) on a table with some space around it to put your screws
Here's the screwdriver you need. You can get it from amazon at around 4-5usd I think
There should be 10 screws around the back of your mbp. Order the screws such that you do not use the wrong screw later on.
Notice there's different kinds of screws
Open up the back cover. It should look like this
There should be 2 spring-like metal hold your ram, push them to the sides (away from each other). The ram should "pop" upwards. After removing the top ram, the same for the bottom.
Insert the new ram the same way how you remove it. This time starting from the bottom slot then the top. Notice there's only one way to insert it, so make sure you insert correctly.
Close your back cover and screw back the 10 screws. You're done!
