STEPS
TOOLS
Part one- the bookmark
Start with a whole gutted chuck Taylor low top
Find the flapper
Grab your scissors
Cut the flapper off
Now you've got this
Grab your glue and glue over the cut in the flipper and any loose strands so they don't fall apart
Like so
Let that dry and let's move on to part two, iPod holder
Rip out the sole and your gonna have to get creative! Elbow grease. When you are done with that, empty out the sand and dirt. throw away the sole
Cut of the front of the shoe right above the first eyelet and then REALLY clean it out make sure there is no Sand or dirt, vacuum if you must!
Cut a slit in the front big enough to get your charger throughBE CAREFUL! I had to use a rasor to cut the hole, if you can't use sharp objects without hurting yourself, have someone else do it for you
Get the shoe lace from your pair of converse, in knot them, cut 1/3 off of it.
Loop an tie it through the eyelets , hang it on your wall with a tac , plug it in and there ya go!
Part 3- Finnish the bookmark
Take your 1/3 of shoe lace, a chunk of shoe with two eyelets and the flapper.
Apply contact cement
Stick them together, wait a day an you have a bookmark
Now you are done! I still have to figure out how to use the rest of it so comment with your ideas!
