How to turn off voiceover

So the last time I played my iPod I was messing around with it and clicked a few buttons that I didn't know how to work... Bad idea.... I lost my iPod that day but found it a few weeks later.

When I played it, it had a few problems.. It made me want to through my iPod out the window. I tried everything but couldn't figure it out. I finally did; it's VoiceOver

How to turn off VoiceOver Note: you have to double click everything.
