How to turn a peg bolster

Try to make the bolster end in a different position than it was when you started.

The bolster should turn freely and rest lightly on the skin.

Check to make sure the bolster is not so tight that it causes red marks on the skin.

There should be about a dime width of space between the bolster and the stomach.

If you think the bolster is too tight call the GI department.
