How to trim split ends yourself

Collect your supplies (all you need is scissors and your hair)

Grab a small section of your hair

Tightly twist the strand of hair (I have ombré hair so it might look a little weird)

There will be loose strands outside of the twist. (You can't see it in the picture, but if you truly have split ends, you'll be able to see them) take the strands in between the scissors and cut them.

Take another strand of hair and repeat steps 1-4. Continue until you have snipped all split ends off.

I have layers in my hair and have ombré hair, but this trick is still an easy way to quickly get ready before a holiday, birthday, or even a day at school. Hoped this helped!
