How to transplant seedlings

Mix potting soil with water until moist then make sure there are no clumps

Loosly fill 4" pot with soil to the top of the pot

Make a spot for the seedling in the center of the soil about 1/2"- 1" deep

Choose a seedling that has at least 1 set of true leaves

carefully uproot the seedling without hurting the roots

make sure each seedling is separated from each other

gently separate the soil from the roots

insert seedling in the 4" pot by holding the leaves, not the stem

cover the roots with soil-- do not bury the stem too deep

keep plants out of direct sunlight for 24 hrs
