Firstly, download, install and launch the Mobile Transfer on pc. Then connect your Samsung phone and tablet to the same computer respectively or use Wi-Fi to connect Samsung phone and tablet.
Go to the main interface of the Mobile Transfer. Make sure the program detects the two connected phones successfully. Both phones will be recognized and displayed side by side.
