Download Jihosoft Phone Data Transfer tool from its official site (http://www.jihosoft.com/mobile/phone-transfer.html), and install it on your computer. Then launch it.
After opening up this software, tap on "Phone to Phone", then connect both of your iPhone or iPad to computer and waiting it to be detected.
After successful connection, all the data types of old iPhone will be displayed, select "Photos" from the data types and click "Start Copy" to begin the transferring process.
