I found this free pattern on needlenthread.com. I want to use it as a border on a summer dress. I'm new at embroidering, so I don't know how to transfer a pattern. This is what I came up with.

I used the plexiglas from a picture frame. Pulled out my dinner table, placed a lamp underneath and placed the plexiglas over the gap. My very own light table.

I taped the pattern to the plexiglas and started tracing.

Pattern now traced as a border on my summer dress. Now I only need to do some 10.000 small stitches and I'm ready for summertime.

10.000 stitches later. I found this method of transferring easy. If you have a better idea, let me know.
