How to tie-dye color diffusing paper

Cut to desired size.

Repeat. This will make a pattern of concentric circles.

Prepare dye. I use watercolor concentrate. Food color works too.

Cut string. BE CAREFUL! You don't want to cut your paper.

Ta da!
