Grab a baseball glove.
Grab another baseball glove for your partner. Unless they have one.
Grab a person to play catch with because you could possibly hurt your arm right away if you throw many curveballs.
After playing catch, get a grip for the ball
Place your middle finger and your pointer finger on the laces of the ball. Make sure your middle and pointer finger are touching.
Start throwing try to have your arm at a 90 degree angle or else it will not really curve.
Twist your arm when throwing it.
Release and follow through with your throw.
If you are a pitcher or not. Try not to throw to many of these or your elbow might be sore.
