First you will need sun screen, because you don't want to get sun burned. Rub it on your arms, legs, back, and shoulders.
You will also need sunglasses ( to look super cool)
I like to take my iPod when I go to tan so I can listen to music or take something to read or take a friend to talk to :)
Take a water so you don't get dehydrated
Now lay back and enjoy the sun. Tan for 2-10 minutes then flip over to your back side tan for the same time again :)
