How to take someone's blood pressure

Supplies you'll need: stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, alcohol pads, and a watch.

The first pulse site you'll be encountering is the radial pulse. The radial pulse is found on the thumb side of your inner wrist, use the index and middle fingers to find this pulse.

The blood pressure cuff should be secured on the patients upper arm relative level to their heart.

Stethoscope should be properly placed under the cuff. Also be sure the earpieces are pointed downward while in your ears.
