How to take care of your hair before/after swimming

BEFORE GETTING IN THE POOL YOU SHOULD DO THESE👉👉

First, make sure you ALWAYS wet your hair before get in the pool

ALWAYS wear swimming cap/hat whatever it called lol They protect your hair from chlorine!! And i reconend the one that aren't fabric i prefer plastic or leather

If your hair is weak and get damaged easily. Here's the tip , smooth conditioner on your hair then put on the swimming cap. After swimming rinse and shampoo/condition as normal.

AFTER SWIMMING YOU SHOUKD DO THESE 👉👉👉

After getting out of the pool, shampoo 2 times then condition use MANY conditioner to safe your hair after chlorine damage! Rinse well.

After drying your hair. Style as usual!

If your hair is blonde. It can turn in green after swimming. Becuase chlorine

TIPS : use shampoo that made espacially for swimming
