Hi! I've finally been able to create a guide after forever!!😂😂 Okay, so in this guide, I'd like to reveal some tips and tricks for hair. It's mostly directed for girls with hair like mine, curly...
...frizzy, & absolutely untamable! There's a few tricks for other types of hair, but mostly my type. I'd also like to say that I try to keep my hair as natural as possibly without products. Enjoy!
Okay, so this is my hair...
One item I put in my hair to keep it from looking dull & frizzy is extra virgin olive oil (EVOO). It's really healthy, & adds nutrients to your hair. Tbh, it's usually the only thing I put in my hair.
After showering & rinsing and/or washing my hair, I pour some EVOO in my hands, rub them together, & run my hands through my hair. I continue to do this till it's spread evenly, & I leave it in.
If your hair is already oily as it is, it's maybe not the best thing to do ;P
This is the shampoo & conditioner I use. It's best to wash your hair every 3-5 days. Every other day is fine, too, however, over-washing can cause damage by stripping away it's nutrients & vitamins.
Lots of conditioner is good for curly hair, too. Curly hair is considered one of the most dry types, hence the reason why it must constantly be moisturized.
When you dry your hair, avoid applying heat to it. Heat kills your hair, making it dry and dead. Instead, try air drying. Your hair will thank you for not damaging it, plus it won't be frizzy!
Any type of heat applied to hair damages it, tbh. There are some people that flat iron their hair everyday, or blowdry it everyday, and the effects are pretty detrimental to your poor luscious locks.
For curly hair, brushes are no good. They break your hair strands, and make your hair frizzy by breaking up your curls. Hair is most delicate when it's wet, so combing it while it's drenched isn't...
...a great idea. It's best to comb your hair when it's damp.
Using detangler also helps prevent those naughty knots and makes your curls more defined ^.^
And those are all of my secrets for better curly hair😉. I hope these tips helped!! Thanks for looking through my guide ^.^ Follow for a follow!😋
