Do some Toe Points! Stand on one foot and pull your other back while pointing your toe upwards. Hold it for a few seconds and repeat on your other foot. Do this 10 times!

Next are Arm Circles. Hold your arms out and rotate them in small circles, making them bigger ever time. Do this 10 times. Then, do the same thing but in the opposite direction!
