Hey guys. I am in soccer and this is the warmup we do every day

Warm up your muscles by running about 5-10 yards three times

Do open the gate al, the way down the 5-10 yards then jog back

Now do close the gate for the 5-10 yards and jog back

Now do lunges all the way and jog back

Do side lunges on both sides all the way down on both legs. Sorry i blinked
