Ive always had a problem with keeping cilantro and growing it and thought I was doing something wrong but It's just one of those herbs that has a short life span. 😢

Let me show you how I figured out how to store this fresh herb for up to 2-3 weeks in your fridge!

Grab a bunch of fresh cilantro and keep the tie on. It will help keep the bushel manageable.

Now seal the bag keeping som air in so that the head of the cilantro has room and put it in your fridge standing up.

Change out the water every 3-4 days. Your herbs will stay fresh and there will be less waste. Also remove any overly moist or mushy leaves as the water is changed. Just pull the stem out of the bunch.

If you notice the leaves getting over moist in larger bunches remove the good stems from the bunch, pluck the leaves off and put them in a paper towel lined ziplock bag after drying. Happy storing!
