Recipe requires chicken eggs, salted egg and century egg.
Remove the shells from the 3 types of eggs.
Salted egg yolk and century egg cut into chunks
Lightly beat the chicken eggs and salted egg white. Then add the hot water.
Mix well the egg mixtures with the egg chunks, minced meat, salt, pepper and chicken granules.
Pour the mixture gently into a steaming plate and place on steaming rack in wok filled with boiling water.
Steam until egg is set and just firm on medium or low heat (about 10 minutes). It's recommended to check for doneness so that it will not be overcooked.
Remove from steamer, sprinkle some garlic oil and soy sauce on top. Garnish with chopped onions and fried garlic. Serve immediately. And you're done!
