First things first, you need to Sign up or log in to Instagram.
ALWAYS make sure that your account is private! This makes sure that only people that follow you can see your profile.
You will then get follow requests (as shown to the left) from people, I would recommend only accepting for people you know.
You can also follow people like your friends, your family and famous people such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Taylor Swift
