Eat healthily! Make sure you have a balanced diet. Eating at least 5 fruits or vegetables a day is vital. Swap fatty or sugary snacks like sweets and crisps for healthy things like banana or tomatoes
Do at least 60 minuits of excersize a day. Take up a new sport at school or at your local health club. You could also go swimming or pop to the gym. Also try brisk walking or cycling to work or school
Make sure you get between 8 and 12 hours sleep EVERY DAY. If you don't you will lack energy during the day, won't be able to focus and get tired easily.
Stay clean! I would advise to take a bath or shower at least once every 2 days, brush your teeth twice a Day and always brush and wash your hair (especially girls!)
Mental health is important too! Make sure you frequently give your brain a good puzzle or challenge like a crossword, sudoku or game
