purchase two wooden shelves from ikea or you local hardware store

brush one light coat let it dry. if you prefer a darker finish wait 4-6 hrs before a second coat then let it rest for 6 hrs for a complete dry finish

then screw on the brackets to the bottom of the shelf then attach to the wall at your desired height
