Measure 1 cup of mung beans.
Soak mung beans in water over night.
In the morning, they should look plump like this.
Drain the mung beans in a colander and let them sit until they are dry, I leave them to dry while I go to work.
When dry, place in a dish with a cover in the oven with the light on. The next morning, you will have beautiful sprouts!
Throw your sprouts in a salad, sandwich or just eat them plain as a snack!
