Paper box: info sticker is always a must, it's detailing size, country-producer and model number. By the way, the style number is usually 9 digits long, and you’ll also find it on the tongue.
Scan a bar code with a special app (I use Quick Scan). It must work and show the same model, mentioned on the info sticker.
Authenticity card is not always a must. So if you have it in your box it's not the authenticity guaranty yet.
REAL are always carefully and immaculately stitched&glued. And they are snowy white while fake inner 'leather' side is GREEN...
Side-on under the swoosh you’ll see 2 punched holes and the distance between these holes and sole is close to 1 cm; in fake NIKE - 1 mm

Traditionally the information from sticker is copied on this label, including the model number which is 9 digits long and a bar-code. Each shoe has ONE label inside, not TWO like on this image of fake
Heel must keep shape when you press on it, while FAKE heel is like a modelling clay.
