Mix Tahini, sesame oil, garlic pow, onion pow, cilantro, ginger, lime juice and pulp, chipotle, mustard, honey & cayenne sauce plus salt & pepper and stir until evenly mixed with a fork....

Slice washed celery lengthwise into 3's the pile and chop into small cubes...

Get your chives chopped, greens if you like, coconut and cashews ready.... Once pasta is cool serve it up....

  • 2.0Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1.0tsp Garlic powder
  • 2.0tsp Onion powder
  • 2.0Tbsp Dried cilantro or 1/2 cup fresh diced
  • 1/2in Piece of ginger (adjust to liking)
  • 2.0in Small to med Lime juice and pulp
  • 1/2tsp Chipotle powder
  • 2.0tsp Stone ground mustard or Dijon
  • 3.0Tbsp Honey
  • 3.0Tbsp Cayanne sauce like Diablo, Franks etc etc...
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • 1/2tsp Black pepper
  • 4.0 Med carrots Shredded
  • 4.0 celery stalks trimmed and cubed
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chives for garnish
  • Dried coconut for garnish
  • Raw cashews for garnish
