How to spice up any old ear buds using string

Gather your supplies. I got all my supplies at the dollar store.

Choose your colours and cut as much string as you want (I did about 50 cm of string for each colour)

I started with my first colour tying it to my ear buds

Make the '4' shape with your string

Bring the string under the wire and over the '4'

Then pull the string. Pull the string until tight(note: don't pull too tight or your ear buds won't work properly)

To change the colour just cut the string and tie on another one. Keep on doing this until the string reaches where the wire splits into 2.

Once you get to the area where the wire splits you can start covering the rest of your ear buds.

Once you finish covering everything,you can wear your new spiced up ear buds!
