If you are standing up, crouch.
tuck your head in so that your chin is touching your collarbone or neck
Rest the back of your head on the ground. Make sure it's not the top of your head because you might hurt yourself.
Put your hands next to your head on the floor like moose antlers 😜
Put your weight on your hands and push forward with your feet.
Roll!
