Smoking pellets but Wood chips work just as well
Pop them in read instructions on the packet some chips need to be soaked in water the pellets I'm using do not
Now seal your foil like a little envelope
Gently poke a couple of holes in the foil
Ready steady smoke
After 15 / 20 minutes turnover
After an hour use a Knife to poke a hole in the breast if liquid coming out is not red it's cooked
Plate up with veggies and some salad and enjoy
Smokes and cooked to perfection
