Place brisket in pan. Add garlic and rosemary.  Pour enough wine to so that the brisket is half submerged.  Preheat oven to 250C and place pan into oven. Immediately drop to 90C for 9hours

After 12 hours the wine will have absorbed into the meat and the remainder will be a thick jus.
